Our first school campaign in Little Flowers Public School completed successfully

August 17, 2018

Our awaited school visiting campaign is geared up now. We have started it from Little Flowers Public School located in Dhatulan – 22, Sankhamul, Lalitpur. Our plan of the school visiting campaign is to let the whole school know about who we are, why we are here and how we can collaborate with schools to conserve the nature along with formation of Eco Club in a school.

Our contact person for the school and the vice-president of Nepal Eco Club Mr. Bishowvijaya Pandey had approached the school and scheduled the plan to give the power point presentation to the school family. Our time was heartily welcomed by school Principal Mr. Dilip Kumar Shrestha. The team enjoyed observing the tokens made by students from decomposable things.

The program was started in a pre-scheduled time at 2 PM. Our secretary Mr. Dipendra Prasad Paudel explained about the current pollution scenario, preventive measures of pollution and, mission, vision and goal of Nepal Eco Club through PowerPoint presentation. Treasurer Mr. Sudarshan Subedi rapped up the program by conducting the interaction with students. Member Ms. Sabina Mainali helped us to frame all the moments in the frame. Other members Mr. Sauden Badal and Kamalesh Joshi were also present in the venue as a back support to make the program effective.

At the end the whole school family exhibited the great enthusiasm to associate and work with Nepal Eco Club. Soon the school management will form a ‘Little Flowers Eco Club’ of students to work together with Nepal Eco Club.
