What We Do

Nepal is currently struggling with the amount of waste that we produce, with nowhere to put it and without the proper technology to recycle it, our waste is having a very negative impact on both our environment and the health of Nepali people. Our mission is to educate the young people of Nepal about more Eco friendly practices by exploring different methods and techniques, incorporating different national and international workshops, seminars and interactive programs. So that we can work together towards a brighter, cleaner and eco friendly Nepal.

Why We Care

This is our planet, it is the only home we have. It is diverse, beautiful and has vast resources to help sustain and nourish our lives. However through overpopulation, continual excessive utilisation of our natural resources and lack of Eco friendly practices we are threatening the sustainability of our environment. Global warming, acid rain, the greenhouse effect, soil erosion, landslides, flood, air pollution, urban sprawl, ozone layer depletion, climate change & water pollution are some of the major environmental problems in today's scenario, it is affecting every life on this planet.

The team at Nepal Eco Club have been joining together with the local community in initiating cleaning campaigns around the Kathmandu Valley. We are putting in all our efforts to working towards a “Green and Clean” Nepal. Join us today in any way you can to help make “Green and Clean” a reality.
